Is Wholesale Bullet Jewelry Open to the Public?
Yes, Wholesale Bullet Jewelry is open to the public. We operate a retail boutique and operate our wholesale business in the back of the building. Unfortunately, due to insurance restrictions we no longer can allow customers in our inventory area but we are always happy to show you samples of specific items or help you add to your order. Pick up orders in person (please call first to make sure your order is ready for pickup)
When will my order ship?
We Almost Always ship orders within 1-3 business days. Monday is our busiest day because of the weekend so if you place an order Saturday thru Monday please be patient with us.
When will my Finished Jewelry Order Ship?
All of our Finished Bullet Jewelry is made after you place an order, unfortunately due to the number of variations of crystal color and bullet slices we are unable to stock items. When you order Finished Jewelry it typically ships 2 business days after you place your order. We want to make sure your jewelry fully cures prior to being boxed up and this takes 24 hours. For larger orders (over $200) we typically ship 3 days after you place an order.
For example if you purchase Finished Jewelry on Friday at 6pm, your jewelry will most likely be made on Monday and shipped on Wednesday morning.
When will my Supplies Order Ship?
Our supplies orders usually ship the following business day. We try to maintain inventory of all the bullet slices we offer and always have crystals and other supplies in stock.
Do you Ship International?
Yes, we are happy to ship International. Please allow appropriate time for your package to arrive. Most international packages arrive quickly but we have had some packages delayed 4-6 weeks. Please note Antler Jewelry and Antler Jewelry are not available for export. Everything else on our website is available for export and we ship international packages 5 days a week.
Do you ship to Canada?
Absolutely, your order will ship First Class International if you are in Canada. When you checkout you will see the international shipping option. What Happens if My Package is Lost?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. This is extremely rare and we have several measures that we take to ensure the safe delivery of your package.
If you have any issues with a lost package please pick up the phone and give us a call at 323-365-3327 we value our customers and always work very hard to get your order to you ASAP
If you send your package to the wrong address you need to contact your local postmaster immediately. They are very good at getting packages re-routed to the correct address.
Do you Overnight Packages?
No, unfortunately we do not overnight packages. Priority mail is typically 2-3 days so overnight packages is simply not cost effective. As a result we have adopted a strict policy on Not sending Overnight Parcels.
Can I upgrade my Shipping to Priority Mail?
Absolutely, Many of our orders are automatically upgraded to Priority Mail because of the weight, these orders are upgraded at no additional cost to you. If you make a small order and want to upgrade the shipping to Priority Mail at checkout
