Frequently Asked Questions

We ship orders about once a week!!!!  In recent months our average order ships in 3-4 business days; however, if you do a larger order please be aware it can take an extra 2-3 business days.  Very rarely do orders take more than 5 business days and we typically email you to let you know if there is a delay.

The cost of shipping has skyrocketed in the last few years.  Our International packages costs have tripled in most cases.  Wholesale Bullet Jewelry is doing the best we can to keep shipping prices affordable but we can't afford to offer free shipping anymore with our current pricing model.

Wholesale Bullet Jewelry has been in business since 2014 and is not closing its doors.  However Please understand that we are a Wholesale Business and have never been focused on small orders or sales of individual pieces of Jewelry.  Currently, 90% of our website items are marked as being on sale.  These sale items will NOT be restocked.  We are restructuring our business to better suit our larger customers needs and maintaining stock in most of our items is just not cost effective for us anymore in this new economy.

Unfortunately, we do NOT accept returns.  As a Wholesale Business you are buying directly from the manufacturer and even though we as a courtesy allow even the smallest customers we have the same expectations on every customer big and small.  If you have concerns about the items you are purchasing may not be right for your project then please purchase a small sample order so you can see exactly what you will be receiving.  Unfortunately, we are not like Amazon that pays you to ship items back as we are a small manufacturer family business.  Please Be Aware WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ANY REASON.

We work in the machine shop and do not have anyone dedicated to answering the phone anymore.  You are welcome to call if you have problems with your order, but please allow us 1-2 business days to return your call.  For a quicker response please email us or better yet start a chat on our website page.  These are responded to multiple times a day even on the weekend as its much easier for us to do in the loud shop or from our cell phones.
